View Cortex XCOR app service status

For information about how to determine the status of your Palo Alto Networks Cortex XCOR app, use the process based on the app you’re using.

Cortex XCOR

To determine the status of your Cortex XCOR service, use the Cortex XCOR Status page to view your current service status and subscribe to updates. To view your current service status, in the navigation menu select More information > Cortex XCOR Status.

Subscribe to updates

You can subscribe to receive alerts when Cortex XCOR creates, updates, or resolves an incident regarding Cortex XCOR. Cortex XCOR sends these alerts by using email, text messages, or with a webhook. To subscribe to updates:

1. Go to the service status page.
2. Click Subscribe to updates.
3. Select your preferred contact method and complete the subscription.
4. Click Subscribe.

Palo Alto Networks Telemetry Pipeline

To determine the status of your Palo Alto Networks Telemetry Pipeline service, use the Calyptia service monitoring page to view your current Palo Alto Networks Telemetry Pipeline service status. To view your current service status, in the navigation menu select Help Center > Palo Alto Networks Telemetry Pipeline Status.
